A Private Retreat on the Adriatic Coast
Located in Primošten on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast, Sunray Luxury Villa offers a comfortable and private holiday home for up to eight guests. With four bedrooms, a spacious living area, a private swimming pool and views of the Adriatic Sea, the villa is well suited to families and groups of friends travelling together.
The villa is arranged over two floors, with shared living spaces on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs, allowing guests to enjoy time together while having their own space to retreat to.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The upper floor features four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
Two bedrooms have king-size beds measuring 180 × 200 cm, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. This flexible arrangement makes the villa suitable for different groups, from families with children to couples travelling together.
In addition to the four private bathrooms, a guest toilet is available on the ground floor.
Living, Dining & Kitchen
The ground floor brings together the living room, dining area and kitchen in a space designed for everyday comfort.
The living room opens directly onto the outdoor terrace, allowing guests to move easily between the interior and the pool area.
The dining area provides a comfortable place for meals together, while the fully equipped kitchen offers the convenience of preparing food at the villa, whether for a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner.
Private Pool & Outdoor Spaces
The outdoor terrace and private swimming pool offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
Guests can spend their afternoons beside the pool, relax on the sun loungers or enjoy views of the Adriatic Sea. For those who enjoy outdoor dining and a little entertainment, the villa also features a barbecue area, table tennis and darts.
With the terrace connected to the main living area, indoor and outdoor spaces become part of the same holiday experience.
